📦 Delivery Issues
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received:
- Check your front door, mailbox, porch, or building reception.
- Ask neighbors, roommates, or doormen.
- Wait 24 more hours — carriers sometimes mark as delivered before actual drop-off.
- If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at info@pmmnapoles.com with your order number, photos of the packaging and the issue, and a brief explanation.
🛡️ We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or mishandled packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
❌ Cancellations, Modifications & Address Verification
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase.
- After that, the order enters preparation and cannot be cancelled or edited.
- 📍 All shipping addresses are automatically verified by our system. Invalid, incomplete or mismatched addresses (with USPS, UPS, etc.) may lead to automatic cancellation.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer-provided address errors.

- Shipping timeframes are average estimates based on real logistics data.
- Possible external delays may include:
