Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

All returns are free for the customer.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to facilitate the return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If it meets the conditions outlined above, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery are not eligible for return.
