Order Tracking

• All orders include a tracking number.

• Tracking information will be sent automatically to the customer's registered email as soon as the order is shipped.

• Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking link.

Unprocessed Orders and Automatic Refunds

• If an order cannot be processed due to supplier or logistical issues beyond our control, an automatic full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Optionally, customers may receive a discount code for a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill (not mandatory).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

• If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• For damaged products, photos of the item may be required to process the claim efficiently.
